Here you will find all things to do with Victor Engineering’s awesome chargers. These chargers were revolutionary with high charge and discharge rates, motor run in functions, battery zapping function, battery testing and a replaceable EPROM to update the available functions which kept them at the forefront of nicad/nimh chargers.
Victor Engineering not only made a range of peripherals for the chargers but also built electronic speed controllers.
The heart of the charger was the Z80 microprocessor. The design of this chip was so good it was cloned by many eastern block countries in the late 70’s early 80’s.
